In addition, we have 2D projector, and now advanced fully automatic image measuring instrument to maintain high and stable quality system thoroughly.

We have reorganized the thorough quality control system that we have cultivated in the automotive field. Especially, there are many important security parts that are not allowed to be defective even in automobile parts, and full visual inspection is conducted according to the customer's request.

In addition, we have constructed a comprehensive quality control system by thoroughly managing the long-term management of products and samples as well as the management of product data, from the manufacturing of products to the quality control of delivery.

Moreover, we contribute to quality improvement through mutual feedback of design and manufacturing site processing information and repeated improvement activities.
